Our Shipping Policy is designed to insure that
your perishable food products will arrive in excellent
condition. We utilize Fed-Ex for all of our shipping.
Fed-Ex will guarantee the value of perishable products
if you select one of their overnight delivery solutions.
However, we understand that shipping perishable
items can be expensive so we also provide you with
a few optional shipping solutions that are not
guaranteed by Fed-Ex but will allow you to decide
if it is worth the increase in risk.

Packaging
Packaging – All perishable products are
shipped in a special 1.5 inch thick Styrofoam
shipping cooler which is then placed inside a
cardboard box. We use refreezeable gel packs will
stay frozen up to two days in normal conditions.
Perishable Products
During the heat of summer we strongly recommend
selecting one of the overnight delivery options. At
other times of the year the 2 day air delivery
option will likely be adequate…we allow
you to make the decision knowing the increased
risk and lack of Fed-Ex guarantee. All food products
are considered perishable and must be shipped
either via 1 day or 2 day air. Non-Perishable
merchandise included on the same order with perishable
products will be included in the selected 1 day
or 2 day air shipment.
Note: Fed-Ex air packages are trucked mid-afternoon
from Destin Florida to the Mobile, Alabama airport
where they are loaded on a plane and sent to the
Fed-Ex hub in Memphis, Tennessee. From Memphis
they are reloaded on another plane and sent to
your local Fed-Ex operation for delivery. During
the summer months Florida, Alabama and Tennessee
can be quite hot and humid and could impact the
quality of the perishable product if exposed to
severe heat over an extended period.
Orders placed prior to 1:00 p.m. Central Standard
Time (CST) will ship the same day.

It is recommended that someone be available to
secure the package when delivered or shortly thereafter.
Please contact and advise gift recipients when
to expect packages.
Double check the shipping address carefully
for errors or incompleteness. Shipments with incorrect
addresses are not guaranteed by Fed-Ex.
Non-perishable merchandise only
Will be eligible to be shipped via FED-EX Ground
in addition to expedited service options.
Upon receipt, to retain freshness, we recommend
that you unpack all packages as soon as possible
and place the seafood in the refrigerator and/or
freezer. Keep in mind that proper storage is vital;
the shipping containers are not suitable for storing
your product after delivery has been made.
